In a recent Instagram Story, Briana talked about her experiences with hair care and beauty routines, including her past use of Botox. She explained that growing up in Orange County, California—often called the Botox capital—she became a “former Botox addict.” Briana started receiving Botox regularly at 27, calling it “fun and addicting.” However, over time, she shifted her focus to a “simple clean lifestyle,” as she describes on her Instagram page, The Culbersons.
In the Instagram Story, Briana shared what she does now “instead of Botox.” She explained that her new routine includes eating a “clean, whole foods diet” with “lots of animal fats.” Additionally, she uses CBD Beauty Boost from Young Living Essential Oils ($120), Longevity™ softgels supplements ($48.36), and Inner Beauty Collagen™. Briana takes 2-6 softgels daily, depending on how she feels, noting that the supplements have also helped her “control” her Lupus. Briana also spoke about using plant-based wrinkle patches from Frownies, which she says “target the facial muscles to smooth and lift static wrinkles and expression lines.” She explained that her main goal is overall wellness, not just focusing on her appearance. “Health and wellness are the main focus,” she said, adding that she is working to undo years of unhealthy habits.
On April 8, Briana also shared an update on her hair care routine. In an Instagram Story, she revealed that she’s moving closer to her natural hair color with a few lighter blonde highlights mixed in. The photo, taken at the salon, showed Briana with several hair foils in her hair on her birthday.
She explained, “Going closer to my natural hair color has been invigorating. I thought I ‘had to’ be bleached blonde because of where I was raised. But I’m learning to embrace my natural hair color (with a little sunkissed boost), and I love it thanks to [Hailey Avila].” Briana seems excited about her new look and the positive changes she’s making in her beauty and wellness routines.
