The premiere also served as a showcase for MaXXXine, the third installment in the X franchise. The film features an impressive cast, including Mia Goth, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Kevin Bacon, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, and Giancarlo Esposito. The storyline centers on Maxine Minx, an adult film star and aspiring actress in 1980s Hollywood, whose rise to fame is threatened by a mysterious killer targeting Hollywood starlets.
