On Sunday, Andrea Elmellouki brought her two sons to Makk’s Barber Parlor, located in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood, to take advantage of this generous offer. “Haircuts are something we need every three weeks, and it can really add up,” Elmellouki explained. “Opportunities like this are incredibly helpful for our family.”
